The food was really really good, especially the extremely tender roast. Usually I never write reviews, but when I was there with a larger group recently, everything was just right.

We have rarely received such friendly and extensive hospitality. It was always directed towards the guests. We were offered a clothes rack when we arrived from the rain. The rooms were immaculate, clean, fragrant, and bright. There was a TV. Hygiene grade 1 definitely. It was a warm family atmosphere and the only criticism I would think of is that we would have liked to have trash cans in our room. We would stay there again anytime. Many thanks! Class!

I can only recommend it was technically 2 weeks on site and I was looking forward to finally getting to the hotel every day. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The hosts always friendly and courteous. The food was absolutely top class. Everything freshly prepared no frozen or other finished products were used. Sometimes no 08/15 menu with 5 schnitzel dishes and the rest of the uniform porridge, preferably less and therefore really good and also sometimes a little fancy. I would like to thank you very much for the great time and I will definitely be back.

We found the accommodation by chance during a motorcycle tour through the Odenwald on June 2nd, 2020 and almost drove past the sign. It is a little off the main road in the village. The sign is actually big enough :-) At first we swallowed the price, but the room was adequate, clean, modern - more afterwards. The guests are absolutely cordial. Dogs welcome. Our motorcycle was immediately assigned a suitable place. But now it comes. The menu is not forever, but you can read immediately that something is different here. When the food only melts in your mouth, you know: We have come to the right place and the price for the room is justified, especially since the food prices are moderate again. In the evening and in the morning we had very long conversations about EVERYTHING and dogs in particular. There are also horses and other animals here. The ambience in the courtyard and in the dining room is cozy and interesting. The beds were good and it was quiet. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. The food ingredients are recognizable as high quality even for a layperson. Different beers for me, a super tasty red wine for my wife (the evening before, of course). Well understood what she wants. We took the bottle straight away :-) There are always arrangements and groups can also be catered for here. We know one thing, we will definitely come back !! It was a real coincidence and a great stroke of luck to have landed here. A big thank you to the hosts for the beautiful evening and the great breakfast start. Hello first of all I have to say we were well received during the difficult times it is like belonging to family the rooms correspond to the pictures as I have to say it was great and always immer 🏼

Top house, great hosts, rooms clean,

I was there spontaneously with my mother on a Sunday. When we got there, we first had to look for someone to ask whether it was already open. We have already waited 15 minutes here. As starters we had a salad and the soup of the day - the salad was good, the soup for the high price, unfortunately much too small and not good! The main course - pork loin with spaetzle and champions, was unfortunately completely too salty. When we complained about it, it was dismissed with the comment "yes, the sauce is very spicy" no it wasn't spicy, it was absolutely salty! So unfortunately absolutely unfit for criticism! We also had a Burgundy roast with red cabbage and dumplings. Unfortunately not that intoxicating ... Drinks were also absolutely overpriced (beer and cola for 10 €) the cola tasted expired! We had to wait another 15 minutes for the bill because nobody could be found again! After the change of ownership, unfortunately absolutely no longer recommended ... we will not come again.

We also had our business Christmas party in the Landgasthof zum Schönen Aussicht. Everyone was very impressed by the delicious and fresh food, the beautiful and lovingly furnished ambience and the decoration. All were happy and satisfied. We all love to come back.

In the beginning everything was still good ... Beautiful ambience, nice hosts and very nice wait staff. The St. Martin's goose was excellent ... just delicious .... BUT we were ripped off here .... unfortunately not noticed right away ... folks, let us give you a detailed invoice, because this has to be presented to the tax office .. Let's see ... it's best not to go there in the first place .... there are a lot of dissatisfied guests here .... who have experienced exactly the same thing .....

Delicious food, lovingly decorated house and very warm service. A wonderful evening with our Boulefriends in a very great restaurant. Thanks a lot for this.

We eat what the kitchen offers - and it's always tasty and fresh - and enjoy the beautiful dining rooms. Special requests at events are gladly accepted and implemented very well, be it at family celebrations or at a corporate event. Not for bargain hunters, rather small but nice, a good price-performance ratio with selected quality and fresh ideas. My insider tip in the Odenwald!
